3:45 p.m. Board of Appeals members (Sue Exworthy, Chairperson, Ron Hayes, Ken Hayes, Mike Pecor and Dick Doeren, Brian Rice and Wm. Pries) will meet at city hall and go as a group to inspect the property at 209 Mott Street, Oconto, WI., 54153 on the request for a variance to the City Code of Ordinances.

4:00 P.M. NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC HEARING before the Board of Appeals in Council Chambers at City Hall, 1210 Main Street, Oconto, WI 54153

The agenda of the public hearing will be as follows:

Request from Gerald and LaVonne Brown, 209 Mott Street, Oconto, WI for a variance from Section 13-1-200 (1) Accessory Building Number Limits. In any residential district, in addition to the principal building, a detached garage or attached garage and one (1) additional accessory building may be placed on a lot.

Any and all persons or their agents for or against will be heard.
