4:30 p.m. Board of Appeals members (Sue Exworthy, Chairperson, Ron Hayes, Ken Hayes, Mike Pecor and Dick Doeren, Brian Rice and Wm. Pries) will meet at city hall and go as a group to inspect the property at 423 Congress Street, Oconto, WI., 54153 on the request for a variance to the City Code of Ordinances.


4:45P.M. NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC HEARING before the Board of Appeals in Council Chambers at City Hall, 1210 Main Street, Oconto, WI 54153

The agenda of the public hearing will be as follows:

Request from NEWCAP, by Paul Mogged for 423 Congress Street, Oconto, WI for a variance from Section 13-1-42 (f) (1)Lot Size which requires 90’ minimum at the street line and Section 13-1-42 (g) (3) Side Yard Setback which requires a25 feet minimum for Residential 2 areas. NEWCAP would like combine the three lots at this address, making two new 75’ lots to build two duplexes.

Any and all persons or their agents for or against will be heard.
