Industrial Development Commission

AGENDA
This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Clerk/Treasurer.

Industrial Development Commission members: Dick Doeren, Joe Stiloski, Mike Trepanier, Howard Schaden, Wayne Bostwick, Vernon Panske, Ken DePouw and advisory members Jack Maas and Tom Fulton.

8:00 a.m. agenda as follows:

2. Roll call
3. Approval of agenda as presented.

4. Approval of minutes from 8/26/09 meeting.

5. Correspondence/Public Input

6. Commission may vote to convene into Closed Session at approximately 8:01 a.m. pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1) (e) for the following:

A. Consideration on a revolving fund loan to 09-02.

B. RLF 05-02.


7. Commission may vote to reconvene into Open Session at approximately 8:25 a.m. as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(2) for the remainder of the agenda.

8. Discussion/possible recommendation/action on:

a. RLF # 05-02.

b. Response received by Mayor Nerenhausen on letter to Oconto County

c. Inventory of available land for IDC, city owned & private; develop a
marketing plan.

d. Response from Jeff Belongia on promoting IDC.

e. Full or part time IDC/Tourism director.

f. Electronic message boards.

g. Report from Alderperson Stiloski regarding his Up-North promotional information.

h. 2010 proposed budget


i. Update on and/or possible development /business issues
