This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Clerk/Treasurer.

Industrial Development Commission members: Dick Doeren, Joe Stiloski, Mike Trepanier, Howard Schaden, Wayne Bostwick, Vernon Panske, Ken DePouw and advisory members Jack Maas and Tom Fulton.

8:00 a.m. agenda as follows:

2. Roll call
3. Approval of agenda as presented.

4. Approval of minutes from 10/29/09 meeting.

5. Correspondence/Public Input

6. Discussion/possible recommendation/action on:

a. Belongia will give a report at the next meeting on RLF # 05-02.

b. Memo response from Suring, Gillett and Oconto Falls.

c. Report back from Chairperson Doeren on survey information he
gathered a couple of years ago on available land for IDC, city owned &
private; and developing a marketing plan.
