This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Clerk/Treasurer.

Industrial Development Commission members: Dick Doeren, Joe Stiloski, Mike Trepanier, Howard Schaden, Wayne Bostwick, Vernon Panske, Ken DePouw and advisory members Jack Maas and Tom Fulton.

7. Discussion/possible recommendation on selection of realty firm to assist with the Kelly Pickle Property.

8. Discussion/possible recommendation on memo from Bruce Mommaerts
regarding the one-time $2,000 fee for a Community Profile and $2,000
annual cooperative marketing.
