AGENDA

This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Clerk/Treasurer.


At 3:45 p.m. the Wage & Personnel Committee, Ron Hayes and Dave Rosenfeldt will meet for the following:

1. Meeting called to order by Chairperson Schreiber

2. Roll call

3. Approval of agenda as presented.

4. Correspondence/Public Input

5. Discussion/possible action/recommendation regarding the applications received for the position of Director of Public Service.

6. Discussion/possible action on previous recommendation to Com of the Whole to establish a policy that all seasonal employees be city residents.


4:30 p.m. the Wage & Personnel Committee will invite the Police & Fire Commission to join them and continue with the following agenda:

7. At approximately 4:30 p.m. the Wage & Personnel Committee and Police & Fire Commission may vote to convene into Closed Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(c), (e) & (g) for
confirmation with legal counsel and for negotiation strategy.

8. At approximately 6:00 p.m. the Wage & Personnel Committee and the

Police & Fire Commission may vote to reconvene into Open Session
pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(2).

9. Adjourn.


NOTE: The Police & Fire Commission will after this meeting has been adjourned for the regular monthly commission business issues. A separate agenda has been duly posted to allow that business to be conducted.
