This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Per Vice-Chairperson the following will be on the agenda:

5. Approval of minutes from the 1/12/09 meeting.
6. Discussion on changes made at the Com of the Whole meeting on Draft
Ordinance for Removal of Snow with ATVS.
7. Discussion/possible recommendation on the Dean Swear Property.

10. Adjournment
