Wage & Personnel

AGENDA


This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Clerk/Treasurer.


At 5:30 p.m. the Wage & Personnel Committee will meet for the following:

1. Meeting called to order by Chairperson Schreiber

2. Roll call

3. Approval of agenda as presented.

4. Correspondence/Public Input

5. Discussion/recommendation/action on scheduling interviews for the
Director of Public Service position. Included in this discussion will be
advisory members Ron Hayes, representing the Board of Public Works
and Dave Rosenfeldt representing the Utility Commission.

6. Committee may vote to convene into Closed Session at approximately
6:00 p.m. pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats.
19.85[1] [e] & [g] for discussion on public employees that the governing
body has jurisdiction over regarding negotiations for the Teamster
Contracts.


At 6:15 p.m. meet with the Teamsters regarding the Street/Utility and Office, Clerical, Lab negotiations.

7. Committee may vote to reconvene into Open Session at approximately

7:00 p.m. pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats.
