IDC Minutes

Minutes of the Industrial Development Commission meeting held on Tuesday, February 2nd, 2010 pursuant to notice duly given.

1. Meeting called to order at 8:03 a.m. by Chairperson Doeren.
2. Roll call: Dick Doeren, Joe Stiloski, Howard Schaden, Wayne Bostwick, Vern Panske, Ken DePouw and advisory members Jack Maas and Tom Fulton. Absent: Mike Trepanier. Also present: Mayor Nerenhausen, Rod Johnson and Atty. Bill Leege representing the Oconto Industrial Fund Inc and Linda Belongia Administrator and as recording secretary.
3. Moved by DePouw seconded by Stiloski to approve of the agenda as presented.
Motion carried upon verbal voice vote. 6 ayes
4. No correspondence or public input.
5. Chairperson Doeren stated the commission may vote to convene into Closed Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85[1][e] for discussion on application[s] for a Revolving Fund Loan.
Moved by Stiloski seconded by Panske to convene into Closed Session at 8:03 a.m.
Motion carried upon verbal roll call vote. 6 ayes

Also included in the Closed Session: Atty. Leege and Rod Johnson.

Closed Session

Noted: 8:06 a.m. Mike Trepanier arrived and joined the closed session

Noted 9:00 a.m. Atty. Leege and Mr. Johnson left meeting.


6. Moved by DePouw seconded by Stiloski to reconvene into Open Session at 9:30 a.m.
Motion carried upon verbal voice vote. 7 ayes

Belongia stated next meeting would be 2/25;

7. Moved by Panske seconded by Trepanier to adjourn. M/C
