Minutes of the Wage & Personnel meeting held on Thursday, February 25th, 2010 pursuant to notice duly given.

1. Meeting called to order at 5:03 p.m. by Chairperson Schreiber.
2. Roll call: Al Schreiber, Marlene Zahn, Jack Maas, John Wittkopf and Jim Stiloski. Also present: Mayor Nerenhausen, Atty. Jim Kalny and Linda M. Belongia Administrator and as recording secretary.
3. Moved by Zahn seconded by Wittkopf to approve of the agenda as presented.
Motion carried upon verbal voice vote. 5 ayes

4. No correspondence or public input.

5. Chairperson Schreiber stated the committee may vote to convene into Closed Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85[1] [e] & [g] for discussion on public employees that the governing body has jurisdiction over regarding negotiations for the Oconto Police Professional Association Bargaining Unit.

Moved by Wittkopf seconded by Stiloski to convene into Closed Session at 5:03 p.m.
Motion carried upon verbal roll call vote. 5 ayes

Mayor Nerenhausen and Atty. Kalny included in Closed Session

Closed Session

5:35 p.m. Oconto Police Professional Association Bargaining Unit joined the Closed Session and left at 5:45 p.m.

6. Moved by Zahn seconded by Stiloski to reconvene into Open Session at 5:50 p.m.
Motion carried upon verbal voice vote. 5 ayes

7. Moved by Zahn seconded by Maas to adjourn. M/C
