On Vacating Property


Please take notice, that the Common Council for the City of Oconto, Oconto County, Wisconsin has approved a Les Pendens declaring its intention to vacate the portion of Lamkey Street in Millidge’s Addition that has not been vacated, being described as follows, that part of Lamkey Street lying within Block 1 of Millidge’s Additions to Oconto bounded between the westerly right-of-way of Park Avenue and the east line of Lot 1, 12CSM11, being located in Government Lot 1, Section 19, Township 28 North, Range 22 East in the City of Oconto, Oconto County, Wisconsin.

The Common Council will hold the Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 11th, 2010 at 5:45 p.m. at City Hall, in the Council Chambers, 1210 Main Street, Oconto, WI 54153.

Notice of this public hearing will be sent by certified mail to all property owners abutting this strip of property. The Common Council will hear all interested persons, or their agents or attorneys, concerning the vacating of this property.
