1.) Meeting called to order by Brian Rice @ 9:00 a.m.
2.) Roll Call: Members Present: Brian Rice, Terry Bendt, Don Denor, Jim Hornblad. Others Present: Mayor Nerenhausen & Kale Proksch.
3.) Approval of agenda as presented: Motion by Bendt second by Hornblad to approve of agenda as presented. 4 ayes. M/C.
4.) Approval of meeting minutes from 1/21/2009: Motion by Hornblad second by Bendt to approve of meeting minutes from 1/21/2009 as presented. 4 ayes. M/C.
5.) Public Input: None.
6.) Correspondence: Kale brought to the committee members the tree planting permit.
7.) Discussion/possible recommendation/update on the following:
a.) WI Arborist Association Annual Conference & Trade Show:
b.) Tree Planting Plan: Kale presented a plan.
c.) Arbor Day: April 24th, Brian Rice will contact the school.
8.) Next meeting date and time March 18th, @ 9 a.m.
9.) Adjournment: Motion by Bendt second by Denor to adjourn at 9:45 a.m.
