These will be open meetings and notice has been given to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting by forwarding the complete agenda to the newspapers, and to all news media who have requested the same as well as by posting. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk and on the city website www.cityofoconto.com

4:30 p.m. Finance Committee Meeting in the Conference Room (Members: Jack Maas, Dick Doeren, Joe Stiloski, Ed Young and Tom Fulton) with the following agenda:

1. Meeting called to order

2. Roll call

3. Approval of agenda

4. Committee may vote to convene into Closed Session at approx. 4:31 p.m.
pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(e) for
discussion on the recommendation from the Plan Commission to sell Outlot 1
located between the Oconto River and Lamkey Street.

5. Committee may vote to reconvene into Open Session at approx. 4:50 p.m.
pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 1985(2) for
possible recommendation/action on the recommendation from the Plan
Commission to sell Outlot 1 located between the Oconto River and Lamkey
Street.

6. Adjournment

5:00 p.m. SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1210 Main Street, Oconto, WI with the following agenda:

1. Meeting called to order

2. Roll call

3. Invocation and pledge of allegiance by Alderperson Doeren.

4. Approval of agenda

5. Public Appearances/Correspondence
a. Executive Order by the Mayor

6. Council may vote to convene into Closed Session at approximately 5:01 p.m.
pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1) (c), (e), and
(g) for discussion with legal counsel regarding strategy for the upcoming union
negotiations.

7. Council may vote to reconvene into Open Session at approximately 6:00 p.m.
pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(2) for the
remainder of the agenda.

8. Discussion/recommendation on recommendation from Finance regarding the sale of Outlot 1 located between the Oconto River and Lamkey Street.

9. Discussion/action on request from Police Dept regarding National Night Out.

10. Discussion/action on action from 6/2/09 Council meeting to schedule public
hearing to rezone property for proposed TID No. 4 area.

11. Discussion/recommendation on recommendation from Com of the Whole on the
Mayor’s appointment of David Rosenfeldt Sr., to the Americans with Disabilities
Compliance Act Committee.
