Board of Appeals

Council Chambers, City Hall, 1210 Main Street
Oconto, WI 54153

4:15 p.m. Board of Appeals members (Sue Exworthy, Chairperson, Ron Hayes, Ken Hayes, Mike Pecor and Dick Doeren, Brian Rice and Wm. Pries) will meet at city hall and go as a group to inspect 2111 Superior Avenue, Oconto on the requests for a variance to the City Code of Ordinances.


4:30 P.M. NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC HEARING before the Board of Appeals in Council Chambers at City Hall, 1210 Main Street, Oconto, WI 54153

The agenda of the public hearing will be as follows:

Request from Jim and Stacy Koch, for property they owns at 2111 Superior Avenue, Oconto, WI for a variance from Section 13-1-200 (3)a which states all buildings exceeding twenty feet in height will require a variance.


Any and all persons or their agents for or against will be heard.


Immediately following the public hearing the Board of Appeals meeting will be as follows:
