This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Clerk/Treasurer.

Industrial Development Commission members: Dick Doeren, Joe Stiloski, Mike Trepanier, Howard Schaden, Wayne Bostwick, Vernon Panske, Ken DePouw and advisory members Jack Maas and Tom Fulton.

8:00 a .m. agenda as follows:

1. Meeting called to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of agenda as presented.

4. Presentation by the 7th Grade 3rd hour Language Arts Class on:

a. Assets for City of Oconto

b. Business Plan for Ice Cream & Coffee Shop

c. Business Plan for Movie Theatre


5. Next meeting date 4/29/2010 and future agenda items.

6. Adjourn.
