This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least
Twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meetings by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the complete agenda were available for inspection at the office of the Clerk/Treasurer.
Industrial Development Commission members: Dick Doeren, Joe Stiloski, Mike Trepanier, Howard Schaden, Wayne Bostwick, Vernon Panske, Ken DePouw and advisory members Jack Maas and Tom Fulton.

4. Approval of minutes from 11/19/09 meeting.
5. Correspondence/Public Input
6. Discussion/possible recommendation/action on:
a. Approval by council to develop listing contract for former Kelly Pickle Property.
b. Report back from Chairperson Doeren on survey information he
gathered a couple of years ago on available land for IDC, city owned &
private; and developing a marketing plan.
c. Report back from Chairperson Doeren on electronic message boards.
d. Report on New North Summit 2009, held 12/8/09
