This will be an open meeting and notice has been given to the public at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting by forwarding the complete agenda to the Oconto County Reporter. Copies of the agenda were available for inspection at the office of Administrator and on the City’s

6:00 p.m. Regular Council Meeting in Council Chambers with the following agenda:

1. Meeting called to order

2. Roll Call

3. Invocation and pledge of allegiance by Alderperson Zahn.

4. Approval of agenda

5. Approval of minutes as presented.

6. Approval of department reports as presented.

7. Correspondence/Public Input

8. Approval of consent agenda:

a. Award contract for crushing recycling materials to Boulanger Const., Green Bay, WI for $2.90 per cubic yard.

b. Approve of carryover of $412.75 for the 2011 Youth Basketball Program run through our Park & Rec Dept.

c. Approve of correcting personal property tax bill for Beckman Coulter, Inc.

d. Approve of editing/drafting a financial management policy and bring back to Finance Committee for review and a recommendation.

e. Approve of listing of accts payables for $1,374,432.94; payroll for $195,282.64 and financial reports as presented.

f. Approve of request from Copperfest Committee for street closings for Copperfest 2011.

g. Listing of applications for an operator’s license and Temporary Class B licenses.

h. Approve of a Combination Class B license for Jeff Turecek, Agent for Log Jam Saloon, LLS, 900 Main Street contingent upon the surrender of the license currently held by Rob French and Brenda Race for this establishment.

9. Discussion/action on:

a. Adopt ordinance which has been posted since 12/15/2010 regarding Fire Inspection Duties.

b. Approval of Jolene Zahn being appointed an Election Worker.


10. Wednesday, February 16th, 2011 special council meeting beginning
at 5 p.m. regarding Brazeau/Smith/Business 41.

11. Council may vote at approximately 6:30 p.m. to convene into Closed Session pursuant to notice duly given and as allowed by Wis. Stats. 19.85(1) (e), (g) for discussion on recommendation from the Industrial Development Commission on RLF # 05-02.

12. Council may vote at approximately 6:50 p.m. pursuant to notice duly
given and as allowed by 19.85(2) to reconvene into Open Session for the remainder of the agenda.

13. Action on recommendation from IDC regarding RLF # 05-02.

14. Adjourn
