2.) Roll Call: Members Present: Terry Bendt, Brian Rice, Don Denor. Members Absent: Jim Hornblad. Others Present: Mayor Nerenhausen, Jeremy Wusterbarth.
3.) Approval of Agenda as presented: Motion by Bendt second by Denor to approve of agenda as presented. 3 ayes 1 absent. M/C.
4.) Approval of meeting minutes from 3/18/2009: Motion by Denor second by Bendt to approve of meeting minutes from 3/18/2009 as typed. 3 ayes 1 absent. M/C.
5.) Public Input: None.
6.) Correspondence: None.
7.) Discussion/possible recommendation/update on the following:
7a.) Arbor Day: Passed at last meeting. April 24th.
7b.) Memorial Tree Form: Not sure what to have on the leaves; in honor of; in memory of.
8.) Next meeting date and time: Wednesday, May 20th at 9 a.m.
