4.) Approval of meeting minutes from 10/7/2009:Motion by Bendt second by Hornblad to approve of meeting minutes from 10/7/2009 as presented. 3 ayes 1 absent. M/C

7.) Discussion/possible recommendation/update on the following:
7a.) Approval of extension on Forestry Grant: Motion by Hornblad second by Bendt to recommend to council to approve to carry over of the matching 2009 forestry grant funds. 3 ayes 1 absent. M/C.
8.) Next meeting date/time/agenda items: Wednesday, January 13, 2010. items: Arbor Day, Update seminar at Holtwood & gypsy moth problem.
