3:45 p.m. Board of Appeals members (Sue Exworthy, Chairperson, Ron Hayes, Ken Hayes, Mike Pecor and Dick Doeren, Brian Rice and Wm. Pries) will meet at city hall and go as a group to inspect the property at 100 Jackson Street, Oconto, WI., 54153 on the request for a variance to the City Code of Ordinances.


4:00 P.M. NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC HEARING before the Board of Appeals in Council Chambers at City Hall, 1210 Main Street, Oconto, WI 54153

The agenda of the public hearing will be as follows:

Request from Colt Schwaller, 100 Jackson Street, Oconto, WI for a variance from Section 13-1-42 (g) (1) Front Yard Setback for (R-2) Residential 2 zoned district requires Twenty-Five (25) feet minimum. Applicant would like to put a deck 12’ x 26’ off of the front door of his house.

Any and all persons or their agents for or against will be heard.
