6:00 p.m. Regular Council Meeting in Council Chambers with the following agenda:

1. Meeting called to order

2. Roll Call

3. Invocation and pledge of allegiance

4. Approval of agenda

5. Approval of minutes as presented.

6. Approval of department reports as presented.

7. Correspondence/Public Input

8. Discussion/action on Offer to Purchase from Maxem Holdings LLC.

9. Approval of Consent Agenda:

a. Approval of final pay request for DMK, Inc., Oconto Falls, WI., in the amount of $500 for crushing recycled materials.

b. Approve of advertising for sale two trucks and a lawn mower.

c. Accept proposal from Resource Management Associates from Tinley Park, IL for audit of police & fire departments in the amount of $11,600.

d. Approve of Water Utility paying property tax equivalent beginning in 2009 as stated on the Public Service Commission annual report.

e. Approve of $3,550 for additional pile lengths for the community sensitive signs with funds from the general fund.

f. Approve of waiver of ambulance charge of $150 due to patient meeting HUD low income guidelines.

g. Approve of listing of accts payables for $345,199.94, payroll for $188,946.23 and financial reports as presented.

h. Approve of detour using Evergreen Street while state contractor is paving S.T.H. 22.

i. Approve of street closure for Harvest Fest 10/3/09.

j. Approve of continuing with no dumpsters at the recycling center.

k. Approve of advertising for a Director of Public Service with residency required in the City of Oconto and salary depending upon qualifications.

l. Approve of draft ordinance creating an ordinance for docking and transit docking.

m. Approve of ordinance amending the dog and regulation of animal ordinance.

n. Approve of request from Oconto Cry Baby Club for the annual fundraiser 10/3/09.

o. Approve of officials attending the upcoming league conference Oct 14-16, 2009.

p. Approve of applications for an operators license contingent upon completion of the required operators beverage training course.

10. Discussion/action on suspension of the rules regarding adoption of
ordinances.

11. Discussion/action on amending the zoning from CH Highway
Commercial to IG General Industrial for the Oconto Warehousing
property at 126 Mott Street, Oconto, WI.

12. Next Com of the Whole meeting, Tuesday, October 6th, 2009 at
6:00 p.m.
