This will be an open meeting of the Joint Review Board for the Proposed T.I.D.
No. 4 for the City of Oconto. Notice of the meeting was given to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting by forward the complete agenda to the newspaper, and to all news media who requested the same, as well as by posting. Copies of the agenda are available at the office of the City Administrator, Clerk/Treasurer.

4. Correspondence/Public Input

5. Discussion/approval of Mayor’s appointment of a citizen member to the
Joint Review Board.

6. Review Draft Project Plan for the proposed Tax Incremental District No. 4.

7. Next meeting date – Thursday, December 3rd, 2009 at 9 a.m.

8. Adjournment
