This will be an open meeting of the Joint Review Board for the Proposed T.I.D. No. 4 for the City of Oconto. Notice of the meeting was given to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting by forward the complete agenda to the newspaper, and to all news media who requested the same, as well as by posting. Copies of the agenda are available at the office of the City Administrator, Clerk/Treasurer.

3. Approval of agenda
4. Approval of minutes from the 10/28/09 meeting
5. Correspondence/Public Input
6. Discussion pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 66.1105(4m)(b)(1),(2) and
(4m) the Joint Review Board will:

a. Review the Project Plan as to specific items that constitute the project
costs, the total dollar amount of these projects costs to be paid with the
tax increments and the amount of tax increments to be generated over the
life of the District, as shown in Section VII on page 11.

b. Review the value increment when the project costs are paid in full and TID No. 4 is terminated, as shown on Page 13 of the Project Plan.

c. Any reason why the project costs may not or should not be paid by the owners of property that benefits by improvements within TID No. 4.

d. Share of the projected tax increments estimated to be paid by the owners of taxable property in each of the taxing jurisdictions overlying TID
No. 4. (Assessor Estimate based on Proposed Developments)

e. Increment Value when the project costs are paid in full and TID No. 4 is terminated (Projected Tax Increment Page 13 of the Project Plan)

f. Benefits that the owners of taxable property in the overlying taxing jurisdictions will receive to compensate them for their share of the
projected tax increments.


7. Discussion/recommendation on the Resolution of the Joint Review Board
Approving Tax Incremental District Number 4 of City of Oconto,
Wisconsin.
