Minutes Joint Review Board

Minutes of the Joint Review Board (JRB) meeting held on Wednesday, October 28th, 2009 at city hall pursuant to notice duly given.

1. Meeting called to order at 9 a.m. by Mayor Nerenhausen as Chairperson.
2. Mayor recommended Ron Hayes as the citizen representative on the JRB.
Moved by Croney seconded by Landvatter to approve of the Mayor’s appointment of Ron Hayes.
Motion carried upon verbal voice vote. 4 ayes
3. Roll Call: Mayor Nerenhausen, Kevin Hamann representing Oconto
County, Sara Croney representing the Oconto Unified School District,
Karen Landvatter representing NWTC and Ron Hayes, Citizens
Representative. Linda Belongia Administrator and as recording secretary
also present.
4. Moved by Hayes seconded by Hamann to approve of the agenda as
presented.
Motion carried upon verbal voice vote. 5 ayes
5. No correspondence or public input
6. Review of draft project plan for the proposed Tax Incremental District No. 4.
Discussion on the boundaries; recognizing ½ mile radius for the Cruiser
Plant No. 2 property as potential future development; Hamann stated on
introduction page “acres” is missing; project plan document briefly
reviewed;
Moved by Croney seconded by Hayes to approve of moving forward with the creation of TID No. 4.
Motion carried upon verbal voice vote. 5 ayes
7. JRB will meet on Thursday, 12/3/2009 at 9 a.m.
8. Moved by Landvatter seconded by Hayes to adjourn. M/C
